Yes, well that's the short answer. The gauge threads into the fitting, so you can get a new gauge with an 1/8 inch bach thread and a little teflon tape and thread a new one right in.

If you have an AquaFX System, the pressure gauge should indeed just unscrew. Just use teflon tape on the threads of the new pressure gauge and screw it in. If you have a different brand, it may be better to purchase the pressure gauge kit in case you need to replace some of the other parts or plumb it differently.
