High Pressure Switch for Booster Pump

Q: What is the range of adjustment available on this switch? How can it be adjusted to switch off at a higher pressure?

There is an adjustment screw that allows you to adjust the sensitivity/pressure. This is a lower-tech, economical, pressure switch. It works extremely well for its intended application: however, it does not have the accuracy or detailed specifications of high-end, much more expensive, pressure switches.
