Q: I have the round dual TDS meter shown on your web site. The video shows a dual meter with blue and red lines to check tds in two places. My question, how does the round meter dual check and display tds. Also how is this meter hooked up. I have a second hand Aqua FX Mako but it has never been used so no directions. I am also thinking of purchasing a flush unit and a piggy back water saver add on.
A: There are two Tee-Fittings included with the TDS Meter. Simply install the Tees at the points where you want to measure the TDS (typically after the RO membrane and after the DI Filter). Next, plug in the two probes into the two tees and you are now ready to take your TDS readings. Your TDS will initially be high; we recommend letting the RO/DI system run for 10 minutes to take an accurate TDS.
Q: I have a barracuda system, and recently purchased a 9 gallon bladder tank from you. I had to replace the tubing from the Final TDS probe connection to the tank. The Quick connect connection at the TDS probe was anything but a quick connection and it got damaged as I tried to get it to release the tubing resulting in a slow leak. So where do I find a replacement for the TDS probe connector. I need a replacement of the Quick connect Tee that the TDS probe inserts into.
