We were contacted by an organic chicken farm back in 2018. The farmer had been doing extensive research on how to improve the health of his chick and how to increase egg yield. The conclusion he had come to was that many of his issues were water-related.
By using a combination of a water softener and a high-output commercial RO system to provide purified, healthy, water to his chicken, he was able to eliminate many of the contaminants in well water and solve many of the problems.
One main problem with well water is high magnesium. High magnesium levels lead to very loose bowels and sickly chicken. The softener and RO system work together to remove magnesium, bacteria, viruses and other contaminants while providing a more-neutral pH. Once the farmer started providing purified water for his chicken, the health of his chicken improved significantly and he started getting more egg production.
Since 2018, we have been able to help many poultry farmers raise healthier chicken and increase egg production.

Optional Features
Auto Flush Controller - the auto flush controller automatically flush the RO membrane periodically to extend RO membrane life by up to 50%.
Waste Water Recycle - great for minimizing waste water by sending a portion of the waste water back through the RO membrane to increase product water output.
Anti-Scalant System - prevents scale building up on your RO membrane. Anti-scale solution is pumped into the RO system to dissolve and remove scale build up.
Pre and/or Post Filter Gauge - Allows you to further monitor system performance by seeing water pressure after the sediment pre-filter and/or after the RO Membrane.
Level Control - Automate the filling of your reservoir. The Creep Killer option is great if you are able to drill holes on the side of your reservoir to install the high-level / low-level finger floats. The commercial “rope” float is great for very large systems or where water in the reservoir is turbulent.
